The Federation Secretary of Agriculture was the head of the Federation Department of Agriculture, the executive department in the Federation government concerned with agricultural yields and development.

A number of undersecretaries served under the Secretary. Among them was Nilz Baris, who headed the Department of Agriculture's efforts to develop Sherman's Planet in the 2260s. (TOS episode: "The Trouble With Tribbles")
