The first joined TrillEdit

Around 23,000 BC, a Trill symbiont named Sef enticed this ridge-browed, fur-covered "walker" to the pool in which it lived with its telepathy. After an initial fear response, the walker allowed Sef into its pouch becoming the first joined Trill. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Trill: Unjoined)

Tribeswoman healed by joiningEdit

Not long after the first joining, this sick woman was joined with a "riverworm" by her tribe's healer, Hodak. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Trill: Unjoined)

The Master of Tarquin HillEdit

This Trill was an artisan of ceramic sculpture who lived in, or before, 10,000 BC. Some of the Master's sculptures, including naiskos' ended up on the Trill colony world of Kurl. (TNG episode: "The Chase")

Kurl quarantine vessel captainEdit

This stern-faced, middle-aged Trill woman with the rank of captain was the commanding officer of a Trill military starship sent to enforce the medical quarantine of Kurl around 2,600 BC. She informed the Kurlan president, who was joined to a Bluegill parasite, of her mission and told him to order the Kurlan ships that were about to launch to power down. When he refused, she ordered Private Memh to destroy the first four ships that attempted to break orbit. When her science officer, Lev, informed her that they wouldn't be able to pursue and destroy all the Kurlan ships that were capable of leaving the planet, she reluctantly ordered the release of the incendiary and biogenic weapons that her ship carried, killing every living thing on Kurl. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Trill: Unjoined)

Manev Central Hospital medical technicianEdit

In the 2370s, this young, female medical technician worked at Manev Central Hospital in Leran Manev on Trill. In early October 2376, she and Jenk, were carrying Doctor Rarn, who was in neural shock after using the transporter, through the hospital on a hover gurney when Doctor Julian Bashir offered to help. After getting Rarn to a treatment alcove, Bashir ordered her to contact the government and get them to shut down the public transporter grid.
