Uxmen was a Starfleet officer in the 24th century. In 2370, Commander Uxmen assigned Doctor Carol Abramowitz to report on the transplantation of a Boraalan community by Nikolai Rozhenko and the USS Enterprise-D from Boraal II to Vacca VI.
