Vandor IV was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fourth planet in orbit of the Vandor star system.

Doctor Paul Manheim based his experiments on time on Vandor IV. He would remain there even after the Manheim Event as the Department of Temporal Investigations investigated the incident. Because the DTI was holding Manheim on the planet, Marion Dulmur was able to confront him there. (TNG episode: "We'll Always Have Paris", DTI novel: Watching the Clock)
