Vastator was the Borg designation for DaiMon Turane who was the Ferengi captain of a marauder. He was assimilated while on a Borg Cube and served as speaker much like Vox and Locutus did.

He was killed by Jean-Luc Picard while on the Doomsday machine planet killer. (TNG novel: Vendetta)
