Victory Square was an area of Cardassia City on Cardassia that had memorials to the greatest Legates and Guls of the Union.

In late 2375, during the Dominion's destruction of Cardassia, Victory Square was completely destroyed by the Jem'Hadar. It remained ruined for more than a year afterwards. (DS9 novel: Cardassia: The Lotus Flower)
