Lieutenant Vigo was a male Pandrilite who served as weapons officer aboard the USS Stargazer under Captain Jean-Luc Picard. He died at Maxia Zeta. (TNG novel: Reunion) He was fond of a dish called Sturrd. He was a close friend of Jack Crusher who Vigo bet in many a game of sharash'di. Among his other victims was Gilaad Ben Zoma.
