Vir-Azkelen was an asteroid on which the Tzenkethi Coalition constructed their facility that would artificially generate a wormhole.

In 2383, Nelzik was in charge of the attempt to generate the wormhole, which had reached the final stage after being in development for over a decade. Using a tug obtained by their Cardassian allies in the True Way, Vir-Azkelen was towed to a position three point two light years from Bajor. The plan by the Tzenkethi was to co-opt the Bajoran wormhole and their own wormhole opened within the Bajoran wormhole itself. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Raise the Dawn)

Vir-Akzelen may have been a solar system but this is not explicitly stated.
