The Vladivostok was a vessel in the Soviet Navy during the 20th century, named after the Russian city. In 1995, under the command of Captain Feklenko, it was in the aircraft carrier Sergei G. Gorshkov's support group during its demonstration run in the Black Sea. The Vladivostok fired an unarmed missile which was shot down by the EMP weapon the Gorshkov was testing.
