Vog was a Breen who lived in the 24th century. In the 2370s, Vog held the rank of thot and commanded a Breen destroyer.

In 2374, Vog encountered the USS Enterprise and moved his destroyer into an attack posture. However, Thot Vog backed off when Rhea McAdams explained to him the damage quantum torpedoes could do to his ship. (TNG novel: Immortal Coil)
