Vorel was a female Romulan who lived in the 24th century.

In 2380, she was a Subcommander and controlled a Harpy class warbird where she was part of a task force that engaged the Borg under the command of the rogue Vulcan T'Uerell. After engaging the enemy, her warbirds were aided by Starfleet forces that were being commanded by Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Enterprise. She had little success in exterminating the Borg presence and agreed to join Picard's Federation Alliance to which he commended her bravery for her actions. (ST video game: Legacy (game))
