The Vulcan Assembly was a government body that existed on the planet Vulcan before the Time of Awakening.

In the time before Surak spread his message of logic to the Vulcan, the Assembly was a body which represented the various factions that sought dominance on the world at the time. Before Karatek and the exiles left their homeworld, the membership of the Vulcan Assembly was slowly being dominated by a new faction - the technocrats who were pragmatic and sought the development of technology that would benefit them. The ENT novel: Kobayashi Maru refers to 22nd century body called the High Assembly, it is unknown what, if any, relationship these two Vulcan Assemblies might have.
