The Vulcan Genome Registry is a database containing the genetic records of Vulcans. The registry obtains and records the DNA of all Vulcans at birth.

In 2164 Doctor Phlox used the registry to match genetic material found on an explosive device to the Syrrannite T'Pau. Phlox was able to determine that the DNA was planted on the device. (ENT episode: "The Forge")
