The Ministry of Health was a Vulcan agency that existed within their government that was responible for the construction and maintenance of hospitals along with providing health care to their people. A large number of Vulcan doctors trained within this Ministry's facilities where they joined other organizations outside of Vulcan or in later years joined Starfleet.
