The Vulcan National Merchant Fleet is a Vulcan space agency that operates a number of space vessels during the 24th century.

Among the vessels they operated were T'Pau type ships, several of which were stolen by the Romulans as part of their plans to invade Vulcan. (TNG episode: "Unification")
