Lieutenant Vuong was an officer who served in Starfleet in the mid-23rd century.

In the 2260s, Vuong was assigned to the Federation starship USS Enterprise as a bridge officer, under the command of Captain James T. Kirk. Vuong was given the conn of the Enterprise sometime between stardates 2950.3 and 1573.4. (TOS novel: Uhura's Song)
