Warren Worthington was a human mutant living in the 1990s of a parallel reality. Worthington was considered to be a "millionaire playboy," despite dealing with a romantic relationship with Psylocke. His mutant ability was a pair of feather wings extending from his back.

Another mutant, Apocalypse had given Worthington metal wings, but these fell off, leaving the original organic wings in place. These events occurred soon before the X-Men's meetings with the crew of the USS Enterprise.
