Waycross was a planet located in either the Alpha or Beta Quadrant. In 2269, the USS Enterprise was assigned to ferry an urgently-needed medical team and supplies to Waycross. The USS Phoenix was also assigned to bring replacement equipment and an additional doctor. The Enterprise was delayed when the ship was attacked by Korol, but succeeded in its mission.
