Wayne Wiltshire was a Starfleet admiral aboard the USS Luna City in the 24th century. He fought and eventually defeated a group of renegade Andorians in 2359 on the surface of Triangula Beta II, however before doing so the renegades caused great embarrassment to Wiltshire.
