Westchester was a section of the state of New York.
It served as the location of the school/mansion out of which the mutant organization, the X-Men, operated in the late 1990s of an alternate reality. An away team from a temporally-dislocated USS Enterprise visited the building in an effort to locate Shi'ar technology at which point the Federation Starfleet personnel met with the 20th century mutants.
