William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton (born August 19, 1946) was a human who lived on Earth during the 20th and 21st centuries.

In 1992, he defeated the incumbent George H. W. Bush to become the 42nd President of the United States of America. He served in that office from January 20, 1993 to January 20, 2001.

Much of the Eugenics Wars took place during Clinton's first term as President. On January 10, 1996, Khan Noonien Singh's base in Chandigahr was attacked and destroyed on the orders of President Clinton. This marked the end of the Eugenics Wars.

However, Khan and over eighty of his followers had already escaped on the Botany Bay by this time with the assistance of Gary Seven and Roberta Lincoln - who had set the ship on a course to a habitable planet 100 light years away from Earth.
