William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton (born 19 August 1946) was a human who lived on Earth during the 20th and 21st centuries.
Biography and legacy[]
In 1992, he defeated the incumbent George H. W. Bush to become the 42nd President of the United States of America. He served in that office from 20 January 1993 to 20 January 2001.
On 10 January 1996, Khan Noonien Singh's base in Chandigahr was attacked and destroyed on the orders of President Clinton. This marked the end of the Eugenics Wars, however, Khan and over eighty of his followers had already escaped on the Botany Bay. This was accomplished with the assistance of Gary Seven and Roberta Lincoln - who had set the ship on a course to a habitable planet 100 light years away from Earth. In 2154, Captain Jonathan Archer and Daniels saw an image of Clinton and his wife in the time stream as the timeline reset itself. (ENT episode: "Storm Front")
