Wixiban was a Talaxian who made a living travelling throughout the Delta Quadrant, much as his close friend Neelix did. He met Taxzdf Laurel once. (ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)
"Wixi" was a resident of the Nekrit Supply Depot for a number of years before the arrival of the USS Voyager. (VOY episode: "Fair Trade")
