Xun Chen was a human male of unspecified profession in the mid 24th century. He and his wife, Ismene Zavos, died in 2378.

He and Ismene were the parents of Antigone Chen, but did not appear to have a close relationship with her, to the extent that Anitgone's daughter T'Ryssa Chen did not learn the identities of her grandparents until three years after their deaths. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
