Yamok sauce is a flavorful condiment of Cardassian origin which has gained widespread use on food in regions of space neighboring the Union. Its opposite, in taste and topping uses, (such as ketchup to mustard on Earth) is kamoy syrup. (Spell the two backwards and forwards.)
