Year of Kahless is a reference used in the Klingon calendar, which presumably counts the passage of time following the time of Kahless the Unforgettable. (DS9 episode: "Soldiers of the Empire")

However, a one-to-one correspondence seems to hold over a span of 226 years, implying a difference in year lengths of no more than 1.6 days. Using this factor, the first Year of Kahless would extrapolate to be about 1375 C.E. on Earth, plus or minus 3 years. This would be approximately five centuries after Kahless is believed to have died.
