Yeoman is a title that is used in Starfleet.

In the 23rd century, yeoman had clerical, administrative, and mess duties. Officers as high as lieutenant and enlisted personnel as low as crewman were addressed by the title. Some yeomen assigned special duties held the title of captain's yeoman. (TOS episodes: "Where No Man Has Gone Before", "Charlie X", TOS movie: The Final Frontier, EV comic: "Nor Iron Bars a Cage")

The title survived in some form into the 2370s. In 2375, several yeomen helped Miles and Keiko O'Brien move their belongings out of their quarters on Deep Space 9 and onto a ship that would take them to Earth. (DS9 novel: What You Leave Behind)
