Yevgeny Ubekov was a male human native of Pangea in the 24th century. He was a graduate of Imprek University, where he was a classmate of fellow Pangean Rebecca Greenblatt. Following graduation, Greenblatt helped Ubekov land a job with Janus Mining as a security officer. In 2381, he was assigned as chief of security under Greenblatt during the effort to upgrade the topaline mining operations on planet Capella IV. In April of that year, he was killed in a refinery explosion, an act of political sabotage against the Federation by the nascent Typhon Pact. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
