Lieutenant Yulana Oxila was a female Betazoid who served on the USS Incursion.

Yulana was descended from the House of Oxila, a prominent Betazoid family that was the keeper of the Six Orbs of Choiza and guardian of the Sceptre of Betazed. Yulana's mother was a diplomat and helped form a favourable trade agreement with the Ferengi.

Before transferring to the command track Yulana was a medical officer on a starship, and she continued her habit of always carrying a hypospray. (TNG video game: Away Team)
