Zamestaad

The Zamestaad was a planetary council that was founded on the planet Mestiko, and was charged with maintaining the peace and unity of the various nations of Mestiko. In the 2260s, the Zamestaad's First Consul was Flen etHamwora, who also ruled the Gelta nation-state.

In 2265, the Zamestaad collapsed when Mestiko was bombarded with harmful x-ray radiation from a rogue pulsar that had entered the Mestiko system. Millions of people were killed across the planet, but the survivors later formed a new Zamestaad, under the direction of Raya elMora, that was tasked with creating a new Mestiko from the ashes of the old one.
