Zenna IV was a planet, the fourth planet in the Zenna star system located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the homeworld to the Zennans. It is a mining planet that relies upon the export of tridenite ore for its economic wealth.

In 2276, Nars was taken to Zenna IV by the USS Enterprise, so that he could secure a sacred burial urn so that King Stevvin's ashes could be placed in them. (TOS novel: The Covenant of the Crown)
