Zerliak was a Romulan male who lived in the 24th century (and likely at least part of the 23rd century as well).

Zerliak rose to become Chief of Security for Praetor Dralath. He disappeared in 2344 during the confusion of Admiral Narviat's coup against Dralath. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Heart)
