Zseizaz was a male Kaferian, a medical technician serving Starfleet in the late 24th century.

By the year 2381, Zseizaz served aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise-E under Doctors Beverly Crusher and Tropp. During the Borg Invasion of 2381, the Enterprise traveled to the Azure Nebula to determine the source of the Borg Collective's incursions, and engaged several Borg cubes. Zseizaz worked with Tropp to perform surgery on the severely wounded; Crusher had to stop their futile efforts on a Bajoran engineer so they could move on to a wounded Tellarite officer.
