Zytchin III was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the third planet in orbit of the Zytchin star system.

History and specifics[]

Zytchin III was the location of a four-day visit by Starfleet officer Jean-Luc Picard. Picard, at some point, would mention to Beverly Crusher that he had enjoyed his time on the world. When Doctor Crusher recommended shore leave for Captain Picard in the year 2366 and suggested he recall his stay on Zytchin III, Picard said that he had lied about his enjoyment of the planet.
